What Skali commits to providing, what we expect from you, and what happens when something goes wrong.

01Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of Skali, an online management service for role-play gaming communities. Creating an account constitutes unreserved acceptance.
02Access to the service
Skali is currently in early access: sign-ups open in waves and features may evolve, be added or be withdrawn. We work to keep the service available without guaranteeing uninterrupted continuity.
03Account and security
Your account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. Two-factor authentication is mandatory for every staff role: it cannot be disabled, and that is deliberate.
04Your content
You retain all rights to the content you publish. You grant us only the technical licence required to host, display and back up that content as part of the service. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to what you publish.
05Prohibited uses
The following are prohibited: publishing unlawful or hateful content or content infringing others' rights; any attempt at unauthorised access, circumvention of access controls or interference with the integrity of the service; abusive automated use of the interfaces; reselling the service without written agreement.
06Plans and billing
The service offers a free plan and paid plans. Prices are shown inclusive of tax and billed through Stripe. A subscription is taken out by a person, not by a server, and can be cancelled at any time; it remains active until the end of the current period. Downgrading never deletes your data.
07Discord integration
The Discord link is optional. Without it the service works fully on the web; only in-Discord commands and announcement relaying become unavailable. You can revoke the link at any time from your hall's settings.
08Liability
Skali is a management tool. We are not responsible for decisions made by a hall's staff, nor for content published by its members. Our liability shall not exceed the amounts actually paid for the last twelve months of subscription.
09Termination and governing law
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account for serious breach of these terms, after notice save in cases of urgency or legal obligation. These terms are governed by French law.
