The site and application are hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA — vercel.com. Application data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL), région Union européenne. The European region is a deliberate choice: your data and your members' data do not leave the European Union for primary storage.
04Intellectual property
The Skali name, logo, visual identity, copy and source code are protected. Any reproduction in whole or in part without prior written consent is prohibited. Content you publish in your hall (applications, announcements, logs, comments) remains yours and your members'.
05Reporting content
Skali is a management tool: content inside halls is created by its users. To report manifestly unlawful content hosted on the service, write to contact@skali.app with the URL, the nature of the content and your contact details.
06Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts have jurisdiction. Consumers may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.
